IM 17, 5'5-5'4, i wrestle, run track,( im 135 pounds RIGHT NOW and need to be 119 for wrestling) and a junior. i just bought some workout equipment Perfect Pushup, Perfect Fitness Multi Gym) and im documenting the results. SUBSCRIBE to keep informed. ANY Comments are appreciated on progress, and body, and LIKE if u think im doing a good job so far. Thankyou and im new to putting myself on videos so bear with me..

  • i know its a little late dude but id suggest just doing your practices/workouts, focus on your DIET, Emphasize the diet (find a meal plan maybe online to follow), and cardio if you dont already get enough.... any excess body fat will melt off leaving muscle. Good luck dude hope your wrestling goes good for you!

  • lool dude ur not fat, and btw i would suggest using a solid bar or metal bar somewhere outdoors, cos they r better than the doorway bars in my opinion.

  • good work man, i was a bit shocked though when you said you wanted to get down to 119. at 17 years old you should probably weigh a little bit more than that. + it will be hard to keep building muscle like that and get to a low weight. i would say dont even worry about numbers on scales and just judge by how you look. if your trying to slim down for abs, then you can still do that while having heavy muscle mass. just saying anways goodluck!
