The duc takes it!! Dude no matter the mods it's two cylinders vs 4... it is apples to apples even if the duc has a couple of mods... Suzuki should stick to making little cars for the average commuter

I love this video! Sweet, sweet bike. But isn't it sort of an empty victory? I'm sure you spent tons of money on beefing up and tuning your big, bad 2009 1198. In the end you BARELY outran a completely stock 05 Suzuki GSX-R1000. The Suzuki still has a stock can on it. That's pretty sad - and gay. Why don't you race apples to apples? Find an 09 GSX-R1000 with an Akrapovic full system, PCIII USB, BMC Race filter, Smart TRE with some real dyno tuning. That race will show you getting smoked Ducman!

There is nothing wrong with the 1198 power. I got a standard 1198s and i'm happy with normal pipes. I do know that the wsb models have air restrictors of 50mm and can make 200 hp, so they could stay with the fours on the straights if they removed them. Nice bike you have, mines black.
