  • Who said he was even on that plane? That could've been anyone who took this short, boring film.

  • Soooooorry! But I had to do a job for 3 days and was involved by his schedule. So I knew a lot!

  • He's flying for himself. But his co-pilot is always with him.

  • ahhh shut up. the world is fucked up, enjoy whats left while we still can.

  • I know little of Travolta's political views, and don't give a shit in this instance. I simply think that it is interesting and commendable that he has restored a classic Boeing 707...there aren't many left except in 3rd world nations and for cargo-hauling in the 3rd world...and SAHA Airlines in Iran.

So kudos to Travolta for restoring a vintage 707...he could have had the newest Boeing Business Jet or what have you, but chose to be a "Historic Preservationist." Same as steam locomotive.

  • All the negative posting here is just sour grapes...most of you couldn’t afford a spare main-wheel tyre for his aircraft, so just pipe down, get a life and enjoy the fact that without people like JT the world would be a much poorer place!!

  • JOHN TRAVOLTA BEST MAN!!!!!!!!!

  • old ass plane and too loud

  • i least he is a good pilot

  • The aircraft registered N707JT as of 1/7/10 has on its US FAA registration "JT3D-3&3B" engines. There are quieting kits made for the engines, and they meet most international standards. What Travolta has done to retrofit his aircraft I cannot tell you, hope this helps. ;-)

  • Interesting for me as a Munich guy is that he was allowed to land on our Airport. I've heard, that the original engines were very loud - to loud for noise regulations of today?`Or does he use more modern engines on his 707?

Normally on German Aiports noisy aircrafts cant land anymore...?!

  • Yup that's him all right. He was going to be a pilot for Qantas being the reason for the whole 80's livery. I love it. Instead he took a turn and decided to do the whole acting thing, he still loves flying with a passion though. I think he should end his acting career and begin an airline career. He does love it so much.

  • Maybe you ignore that you contribute more to the global warming with all the usual activities that we, living in the 21st century believe normal,(using a car, heating during winter, air conditioning during summer and so on, even to produce food) unfortunately there is the need to burn fossil combustible...all the uman activities needs energy...maybe using a boeing 707 just for himself is too much but he is one over million..the world-wide aviation produces hardly the 3% of global warming gas

  • I couldn't agree more ,
