please follow http://www.vandf.co.uk/sheetmetaltrumpf.html for more information on CNC punching sheet metal work on a Trumpf 3000R CNC punch press.

These small Zintec sheet metal plates are being CNC punched and dropped down a chute in our Trumpf 3000R CNC punch press from the CNC nest into a collecting part collecting bin below the machine. Parts then have no corner part tags that need de-burring after production. This manufacturing process can also be allowed to run without observation allowing production staff to deburr other sheet metal work of prepare CNC tooling for the nest punching job.
