Project Reality 120 Players - Muttrah City

My first time playing on the 120 player server and we played Muttrah City. I must say it was a very intense experience, there just seemed to be something constantly going on, hectic barely covers it, hence the lengthy video.

I did get some FPS problems in places, so apologies for the few slowdowns.

Is this comparable to ARMA? I want a war sim without it being so posh and "realistic" it's unplayable, like ARMA

I'd say it finds a very good middle ground between extreme realism and accessibility/playability. The name is misleading to be honest since the game really focuses on bringing realistic player behaviour and teamwork to the fore, rather than in terms of hyper realistic equipment etc (although that is still included, it's just not a focus).

You'll need a legitimate (ie. bought) copy of Battlefield 2 for PC. Then just go to the website in the description and go to the download section to get the latest version.

Do i just Download that beta in the link or do i have to have BF2?

You have to have BF2, it's a modification for the base game. It also has to be a legitimate copy, not pirating.

Yep, at least 3 servers populated at a constant fullish rate in the past week I played it. Mostly tactical, mature players, althought there definitely is your regular, no-mic, herpaderp squads in every round as well.

@JiggyPR battlefield is absolute trash on console, trust me when I say this i've played every battlefield and loved most of them,(except BF:online thats in Korea) the consoles ports are trash and you can't use mods but if/when DICE releases mod. tools for the FS2 engine... O_O life shall be complete
