If self defence is attack only whatever happned to self defence with restraints? does Japanese karate self defence means kicking the shit out of the attacker? What was to happen if the attacker was your best friend who was drunk at a party and thought you were hitting on his girlfried got jeolous and came at you? Would Japanese karate have you kick the shit out of your best friend?
