i made these lights for about 4 dollars ea. tomato juice cans and scrap tin. i used 50watt halagen light holders robbed from other fixtures. cords are computer cables from goodwill . they are pop rivitted together. i used 1/4 20 allen cap screws to hold the hangers on. see my other videos to see them on my truss and running using MATRIX DMX PRO from optima lighting. i will have those loaded soon.

  • they hold the color gels. stop the video at 5sec and you can see the can to the left holding a template for the gel holders. i used heavy black card paper from the dollar store to cut them out.. you can see these lights in action look for "homemade stage lights ROXX EDGE. " if your going to do light shows, dont worry if people roll there eyes when you set up if your gear is not all store bought. it all tends to fad in to the background once the show starts.. all anyone will see it the light
