I've been researching this subject, "people," "person," etc. for about six months. Why is it that the U.S. has the highest number of International Students in its Universities? Is that why people seeking medical treatment don't have to be on a waiting list? I like it in the U.S.A.

This is obviously the current situation (at least in the U.S.). The solution is easy, remove government regulations and controls from the marketplace, and then no matter how big or small the business is, they must compete. My point is that government interference in the market makes it easier for large businesses and harder for smaller businesses.

Thinking in terms of business, if a company can remove or reduce competition, than it can increase its profits (If it worked in your favor, would you oppose it?). There are two ways to accomplish this, legally and illeagally. The illeagal way is to commit a crime against the business. The legal way would be to lobby the government to make a change in a regulation that makes it harder for your competition.
