The left meter is reading CFM, although it was arbitrarily high. My more recent round 6 test of this fan is much more accurate. In round 6 I'm measuring air speed in feet per minute, to get CFM you need to multiply by the port area in square feet which is .073224. In round 6 I got 24.4CFM at 12V down to 17.3CFM at 7V.
