Nice version - new to me. But still prefer the Mystic's version. This version is very Dion and the Belmonts -ish! Backing vocals too prominent! But still very good!

I owned the Mystics "Don't Take the Stars". For years I thought it was my secret song that nobody ever heard of. Then on You Tube I heard Bernie Knee's version and now the Kestrels. Three versions of my secret obscure song!!! So much for obscurity. I prefer the Mystics version, but this isn't bad.
