lilium i just wanted to say thank you for you videos and the time and energy you put into them. i just got back from afghanistan and ive had problems sleeping since my first deployment to iraq. i had prescription medication, and have focused on meditation and martial arts for years as an alternative means to make personal progress. your videos are amazing, your energy and guidance is incredible. so soothing, so calming, please dont stop making videos. you are gorgeous! thanks again
