just to clarify the weights: 4 x 25, 1x15,1x10,1x5,1.2.5, oh and the handle & pin, even though he holds the official title of 301lbs this was a practice session before the competition.

rolling thunder are handles sold by ironmind. they attatch to a loading pin and (i think) the handle spins to make the grip much more difficult. ironmind specialise in equipment for improving the grip (and stronman stuff).
