One of Roy's best uptempo recordings because the feel of the ballads is in the song. The beat is uptempo, but the emotion is not, and as such, it's very moving even though it's a fast song. Charted at #31 on Billboard Hot 100 in January 1966, #22 on UK Singles chart, #19 in Australia and #2 in Canada.
This has to be my very favorite Roy Orbison song. I think it is even greater that Oh Pretty Woman! WNDR radio in Syracuse, NY played this song heavily when it was released.

interesting to note that it charted #2 in Canada as we who lived in Canada's capital @ this time were only allowed to have 1 hour of R&R per day on the radio so it forced us to listen to WYBG out of upper NY state. I still have that 45 vin my collection on monument records. Roy is still one of my favorites today
