There is really no point in leaving it in overnight- after 20 - 40 minutes, it does what it's going to do....

I have found that the treatment works better for me on wet hair. I use conditioner instead of yogurt and I get the same results. I am so grateful for you putting this video out. It has completely changed the way that my natural hair looks and I love it even more that I did before.

tried it and my hair was really soft didn't pay any attention to the frizz but the hair was waaaaay soft

Thanks for the video. I really want to try this on my daughters hair. Do you put this on dry hair that still has product, or is it clean dry hair?

I know this is an old comment, but the acid is probably neutralized by the base(baking soda) so I don't think any one needs to worry about that. And even though I have not tried this myself, everyone who has and had great results is a testament to the fact that it is probably ok.
