Myanmar freed hundreds of political prisoners Friday, after a mass presidential pardon, a move state media described as nation building. Washington later announced it would exchange ambassadors with Yangon. (Jan. 13)

  • this is a huge step in the right direction for Myanmar and I don't quite understand why would media used derogatory view to report a monumental event,
