Summer Solstice on Glastonbury Tor. Pt 1.

This video, and part 2 have been vandalised by YouTube. They have taken-away the HQ 480p definition of the original upload, leaving a rubbish 360p, which makes the videos look terrible. No other video-sharing site does that; videos uploaded remain as they were intended.

A rather wet and windy celebration of the Solstice with the Western Order of Druids.

Spots of rain on the lens, and wind are a problem, but nothing stopped the high spirits!
A part two of the celebrations is coming up..the rain is not so apparent on that video, and it starts with my friend Matthew giving us a reading of one of his poems.

Great, but I believe rather incorrect! If you would take a look at D. Monroes' book The 21 Lessons of Merlyn, (appendix 9 in point of fact), you would find a more accurate pronunciation of the 3 fold sound of the 3 rays or 3 illuminations of Awen. The I is said with an long E sound, the A is said with a AH or short A sound, but the O sound is correct. There is more but I will refrain. I mean no disrespect, but we must preserve these things well, for so much has been irretrievably lost.
