it sure looks like they are more interested in protecting themseleves then the injured worker.you would have to be an idiot to believe that any of this was being done to protect the injured worker.The state he's in was caused by them and they furthur cause him duress while he's in an unstable state.

Tell me, in a lot of our cases, what is left to take away? Doesn't the fact that they have security attending these meetings imply that they are aware of how fragile these IW are? I feel that "pre-existing condition" is a cop out. Would the large majority of these IW have a "condition" if it weren't for the original injury, and if the time spent denying its existence hadn't affected his mental status, and overall well-being? I feel this will change, hopefully in our life time.

Suffering in treatable severe pain from extensive nerve damage for three years. Psychologically abusing clinically brain injured client. Suffering lose of all property and savings. Then they tell you "You can appeal". Next year maybe. Is it any wonder the individual being tortured in such a way commits suicide? Pain cannot be seen, but medical evidence can find the physical cause. Because the public cannot see your pain, they dismiss you as a nut, and WCB knowingly has defrauded another worker.
