@Damianblf: I noticed there seems alot of dispute over who-played-what on certain songs among Rock and Roll Trio fans.
I know Grady was a legendary session guy (I only know him from "Little Sister") But I always thought he was a straight country player, so I never sought him out. The tune you hipped me to is friggin' great, though. He's someone I really need to learn about. Thanks. Damian.

Thanks. I love your tutorials. They're really fun and easy to learn.

The rantings of a lunatic...? Damien, may be a good time to start leaving the house a little more often.

One of those albums has the best "Hippy Hippy Shake" ever recorded. I can't remember which one. It's way better than the original. Shit, I can't remember.
That aside, Damian, are you into Paul Burlinson from The Rock And Roll Trio? He was a bad-ass. I'm just getting hip to him now.

@tomthefunky Check out Grady Martin. He played guitar on the earlier recordings of Johnny Burnette. Look up on youtube a song called "when my dreamboat comes home" by Grady Martin. Your gonna hear all those signature guitar licks you hear on those Burnette songs. I love the solo on the song. Keep on rockin..

For me, there's nothing cooler than the "Beatles at the Star Club" album, recorded in Hamburg, 1961. It was recorded right before George Harrison was caught and deported from Germany for playing underage in clubs. On the album you hear mistakes galore from George, but that's what makes the album great. George is seventeen years old.

@tomthefunky Yes..that's a good one. My personal favorite might be the "Live at the BBC'' double disc. It has alot of rockabilly standards and some of their early hits on it. I'm sure you have that one as well..
