I can't stand watching this vid'd but I must in order to learn and seek ways to help my people of Africa. It makes me SO upset, especially because a majority of the problem is as a result of those GREEDY CORRUPT african government. What Africa needs is a better government, and lets prohibit those who are corrupt from gaining power.

Hi christy here.I was the guy from Ireland living in Lalibela to plant trees when you made this documentary.Although there is extreme hardship in these places it is one of the most beautifull and inspiring places Ihave ever been to and the people are wonderfull and welcoming.These farmers where once the lords of the land and lived in abundance but due to many factors including deaforestation and war

they have come on hard times.These people are proud and very capable of changing there reailty

If the raining season is late for 1 month only, more 3 millions lives are at risk. Despite all this hardship which is affecting 9-10 Ethiopians. The government of Ethiopia is keying to press on to fight a border war with Eritrea in an imaginable scale were human life is worthless and the cost is estimated to 978 millions US dollars. With this money they can feed everyone with breads. I am a European and I hold my ground based on the fact that we shall not help Africa at all cost.

There's no words to express this, these people, its like they're just there, just existing because they need to. Its whats being called tough. They go through all this, and yet they don't complain about it, they know its the way of life that they have to live through. They don't need bright shiny houses, flashy cars that everyone thinks they should have like the western world. They need to preserve the ways of their own lives, but without the starvation and the corruption of the government.
