If Tony has something that works for you great but I’m afraid I cannot draw a comparison for you from my limited knowledge of his education that is something you would have to do after practicing both solutions to death in training. Sweat equity and then let us know what you think. After all you’re responsible for your own safety not me or Tony Blauer we make suggestions it’s up to you to adapt them if they work!
