做了肚子會痛到爆!不過如果不要太胖沒有腹肌!一個月就搞定ㄌ!!
不過要忍耐那個痛!!
不知道可不可以打麻醉針再做!!
哈哈!!

  • 第一次動是練上腹部 到第二次動剪刀腳 是練 下腹部 第三次仰臥起坐就是練中腹部

  • 這個做下去真的很爆炸啊........才知道平時練的仰臥起坐­沒啥用!

    

  • 這個鍛鍊還是不太足夠,還是需要搭配其他方式。
