Okay, I do have Kaspersky what do I have to change in the settings?

@Chemicgen1 I don't use Kaspersky myself so I am not sure, but you may close the program in the mean time, load the page and see if it works.

I can't download the file for some reason I keep getting errors saying I should disable any ad or script blockers. T^T

@Chemicgen1 Make sure you enable JavaScript on your browser with NO ad or script blocker running. Or you may try again with different browsers.

@MangaMaster99 That Rei on the background is not a render. The whole image is actually a wallpaper. The reason why Rei always appears on top of other System Animator animations (this may be the reason why you think it is a render) is that the use of "wallpaper mask" effect, in which Rei is masked to make her always stand out on the desktop.
