I still remember seeing Mickey Moody playing with Snafu (supporting Quo) in the early 70's, with his amazing slide playing in 'Lock and Key'.

@RockJim72 I agree. These guys just have way more emotion in their playing. Steve Vai, while technically amazing just lacks feeling to me.

I have to agree that when Coverdale got big hair and a plastic face Whitesnake went downhill, but, it was funny to watch too. This reminds me of seeing them live in Manchester on New Year's eve 1983, same line up I think, Cozy Powell did a mega drum solo, scared the shit out of me with his fireworks.
