The point of the video is this: the "blue" hue that gets added to whitish background under certain conditions using the iPhone 4's cam isn't always there, but comes and goes depending on the angle (i.e., depending on all the different components in the frame). What this suggests to me is that the blue tint is a product of White Balance failure, and thus something that could be ameliorated with a firmware update.
