See how to use SUMPRODUCT and the Join Symbol (& Ampersand) to group duplicates and then see how to use Advanced Filter Unique Records to extract unique list from duplicates.

  • @ExcelIsFun

How do I do that(send youtube email), and can I attach an example there?

  • I still am unclear about what you are trying to do. You can send a YouTube e-mail to me and explain your situation in more detail and I will try to help.

  • @ExcelIsFun

I just watched these tutorials you recommended and it is kind of what I'm trying to do but not exactly.

in my case I need to make a new work sheet with the same info as the other, only organized as groups.

once again thank you for all your amazing tutorials and all your help.

  • If it is just EVA try these videos:

Excel Magic Trick 358: Part 1: Return Multiple Items From One Lookup Value for Table w Formula

Excel Magic Trick 359: Part 2: Return Multiple Items From One Lookup Value for Column w Formula

Excel Magic Trick 360: Part 3: Return Multiple Items From One Lookup Value for Row w Formula

  • If it is just EVA try these videos:

Excel Magic Trick 358: Part 1: Return Multiple Items From One Lookup Value for Table w Formula

Excel Magic Trick 359: Part 2: Return Multiple Items From One Lookup Value for Column w Formula

Excel Magic Trick 360: Part 3: Return Multiple Items From One Lookup Value for Row w Formula

  • So you want just Eva's, Mike's sales and take them from Column C and place them in a row?

Or are there two criteria, like Eva and Quad, Exa and Carlota, etc?

  • @ExcelIsFun sorry,

I meant,to look at Eva and consolidate to one or more cell(so I can compare later)

all her sales,as text from the C column.

    Thanks,
