yeah dude i leaned down a whole lot when i was a loader but i was always at 500pph its a hard job no doubt

i load freit trucks, we actually usually lift our bulk on our own and split them to each truck, ie 70 + most i've lifted up and over into a truck was about 120... bad idea -_- lol but theres always people there to help ya.

Yes, it is very tough. Boxes can weigh anywhere from 5 pounds to 70 pounds. Boxes that weigh over 70 is considered bulk and they usually come to you on the bottom belt. You can just roll it into the trucks. I come home everyday with soar fingers, back, and elbows. I only weigh 158 pounds, and very skinny. But if I can do it, u can too. Also if u get lucky, u can end up on a light dock. my dock gets killed with bulk packages.

true. im very organized, and every box i load HAS to be in the right order. its a pet peeve when i see loaders just toss a box onto the shelves without organizing it by the numbers. makes me wanna go in there and do it myself
