I took a modern dance class this year, and this is the dance we performed for our recital. The song played is Thinking About You by Norah Jones. The beginning is cut off a little, but still ENJOY.
I will be back soon with some of my own material... I will start recording shortly and have my songs posted ASAP!

All of you need to stop focusing so much on hearing the counts of the teacher, or the beats of the music, and just enjoy every moment and feel the music! Show some emotion! This was far off from modern, this dance was a combo of ballet, jazz, some lyrical, and like a little "snip-it" of modern. Modern is A vast concept of dance, but this didn't cover any of it . The dance had a lot of potential and the costumes were pretty. Just needs so sprucing up and some energy into movement! Keep posting!
