www.joshuaperahia.com On November 6, 2001 a benefit concert was held at The Galaxy Theatre in Santa Ana, California. Proceeds from the concert were donated to the Salvation Army to assist families of 9/11 victims and survivors.

The concert was headlined by Joshua Perahia joined by special guest vocalists:

Jeff Fenholt ~ Ex-Black Sabbath
and
Paul Shortino ~ Rough Cutt/Quiet Riot

and guest musicians:

This clip features Joshua Perahia and the band performing "Devil's River" with guest singer Paul Shortino. This track will not be included on the the forthcoming Joshua Perahia DVD....this is just a tease for what's to come!

A few pounds and years later and possibly drunk (and reading lyrics from paper), Paul STILL sings a hell of a lot better than most rock vocalists today. Thanx 4 posting. Wicked guitar too.

I was the organizer of this concert. Paul is reading from a sheet because he'd showed up and didn't know the lyrics, pretty much learned the song on the way over in his car! Nope, not drunk, I took care of his needs that nite and he'd only imbibed 2-3 drinks....AND he had a broken foot to boot! Him and Josh (guitarist) totally improvised .....and you got that right, he they were both awesome this night.

check out the MPIRE cd released by Long Island Records , it's an awesome cd and has this song, I saw them rehearse at Josh's place, and recorded it on video and still rocks

Joshua Perahia but i know P.S. of Rouch Cutt even have their album yeah there were no cd's at that time,LoL

He has a ROCKING / BLUESY voice,just PERFECT!!
