I just followed your video now and whilst it felt pleasant to do, I didn't actually experience the release in pressure that so many people are posting about. Currently I'm recovering from a severe case of the flu, bad sinuses, and a chest and lung infection so I was really hoping this would make some difference as I have a terrible headache and my teeth and behind my eyes are really hurting from all the pressure buildup :(

Wonderful! My sinuses were so blocked and full that my upper and lower teeth were hurting and I hardly wanted to eat. I didn't want an infection to set in and tried everything--hot shower, tea, soup, and pushing fluids, but could not get my sinuses to drain. While following along with your video, the draining began! Thank you Heather I just tried this for my first time and it seemed to work well I did not feel as much drainage in my back neck as I did in the front is there a reason why.
