...this may seem redundant, but I think you literally have saved me some serious time away from work in the next several months. Thank you, again!!! I pray you are blessed as result of all of the integral work you do

@Spiritcloud48 Yeah, sometimes the sensations, tastes and smells that go along with lymph drainage working can be a little odd, but it's normal for those kinds of things to happen.

Hi! Thank you for the video! I already did this massage twice. I suddenly felt very awaken and fresh. And also, in addition to the cleaning which I felt my eye-sight got temporarily a bit improved during and after the massage.

when I get a massage the therapist uses this technique on me. So glad to see this explained. Therapeutic and relaxing.

@BitchAtUrFace2 - I did, The day I saw it, I ran to pediatrician. After few month, I was still scared and I asked for a complete blood work. Which came all fine. His pediatrician is aware of it. We had to go to ER once for his high fever and the ER doctor said there is nothing to worry about.
Please advice further

My 7 year old son has swollen neck nodes for about 2 years. Can I do this message on him? Is this safe for children? If not what do you recomend for kids? Please help me as I am worried sick every time I look at them.
Under the jaw nodes subside and come back. But on the side of the neck, which I belive is called deep cervical nodes( I am not sure though), are constantly bumpy.
Thank you for sharing.
Just a quick question? Why do you drain the inferior nodes before the superior nodes (i.e. why start from the ears to the base of the neck? I thought it would make more sense to start at the peripheral nodes and work our way back to the centre?

@lehvak8567658 Because the lymphatic system doesn't have its own pump, like the heart, it relies on muscle movement and suction to move the fluid. By opening up the proximal nodes before the distal nodes, it creates an open space at the venous angles which then starts to vacuum the fluid from the more distal areas. You create space for the fluid to move into before you draw it down from more proximal nodes.

I've had a swollen lymph node in my neck fairly regularly for about two years and found this and it went down rapidly, however for the past 3 or 4 days i've had a great deal of trouble sleeping. I could hardly sleep for several days which obviously wasn't good for my health. In your experience can drainage cause problems such as insomnia? If so is there anyway to counteract that insomnia?

@Jesse92099 I haven't heard of a connection between reduced swelling in the lymph node and insomnia. However, that doesn't mean it never happens. I do have a two videos on insomnia - one a gentle facial massage and the other a set of acupressure points - the two in the ankle area are really effective. Perhaps that will help? Sorry I don't have a better answer for you. . .
