oh my goodness I just read the description you need to unsuscribe from life regenerator Im surprised that guy is still alive. I mean if you want to look like a junkie then follow his lead. With all those ecoli and salmonella outbreaks do you really want raw veggies / fruit? Im not knocking you you do have some nice build but you only get one body...dont mess it up by watching wannabe's

I have anemia.. that will happen if you are not getting enough iron in your blood.. try to find plants that will give you iron..

@apocalist420 yes. I am also attempting to grow wheat and barley grass again. Right now i'm sprouting buckwheat. The grasses have been giving me trouble :/
Another thing to consider is your "chi" levels. Shortness of breath is often a deficiency of chi (bio electric energy) reserves in your body. The solution to this is learning Chi Gong and building up the energy in the Lower Dantien (an energy center near your naval), or using Chinese Raw Herbs (recommended by an acupuncturist) to boost your depleted organs. Kudos to you for experimenting. Have you heard about Doug Graham? He is an expert on Sports Performance and Raw Nutrition. My guess is that he would recommend more fruits for glycogen. Best of Luck.

@moonsnail3 thanks for your support moon, I have heard of D. Graham and 80 10 10. I have yet to read one of his books, but you can bet that i'm going to be reading his book in the next 30 days :)
