first of all Islam is the only complete and merciful religion in the world and those who tell lies about Islam are easy to answer them even by normal Muslim like me.
you have to know that even for a Muslim when i see the huge amount of knowledge and teaching Islamic scholar have about what Islam is, i just cant believe how they can do it.

for them memorizing all of the quran is just the abc. and when i say the abc i meant it, is just abc.you have to know even memorizing of quran has it is own simple and complicated rules, i mean even for those who speak Arabic it is not easy.
about what you have said about quran:

before you bring a verses you have to look through the quran and hadith(what mohammad pbuh teach us) to understand the real meaning.

"and fight in the way of Allah those who fight you , but transgress not the limit .truly allah likes not the transgressors"

if you cant defend your religion there is no need to tell lies about Islam.
non-Muslims are live among Muslims since the beginning of Islam until now and it is forbidden even to treat them badly, we have to defend them and if some one is poor we have to pay him from the Muslim zkat.
by the way killing of women,old people or infants and even cutting of tree is forbidden especially at the war time.not like Judaism.
