@ku42 Go to asus(.)com remove the brackets. Go to the tab services , click on support, click on the tab download, pick option 2 and type ''n53jq'', pick your operting system (probably win7 64bit) , then you will get a list of drivers click on audio and download the latest one. (support. asus. com/Download. aspx?SLanguage=en&m=N53Jq&p=3&s=271) here is the link any ways remove the spaces near the dots..
