This is the 2nd session at Road Atlanta today for the Super Street Super Lap Battle qualifier. I didn't get a clean lap, but still managed to beat the previous record by more than a second......ON STREET TIRES! Tomorrow I'll be running my normal TT-A setup, 275/35/18 Nitto NT-01's! Look for a better time tomorrow :)

Turn 2: Had to brake much harder

Turn 3: Couldn't take my normal line

Turn 4: Had to coast partway down the hill

Turn 5: Had to brake much harder, you can see the car get sideways.

I am not going to run up on his bumper, it's a brand new car! Not a big deal, this was just on street tires and the lap was fast enough to qualify. I was just stating why the lap wasn't faster.

Man that GTR driver was really testing the computers ability to keep the car stable.  Braking in the middle of T12?!?

I can see where he held you up from T2 all the way through T5. That's an awesome time for street tires man. Good job.
