ASL Joke: The Tea Set

I recently read a cute joke I wanted to share...

A young couple had a very cute little 3 year old daughter. One day the mother left to go shopping, leaving the child in the care of her father. He was watching a football game, letting the little girl roam the house and play.
The child comes up to him with her little tea set, and says "I made tea for you, daddy!"
The loving father (wanting to play along) says "thank you sweetie. You made this yourself? thank you!" He takes the little cup, drinks the water, and goes back to his game.
A few minutes later she comes back with the little teacup full of water again and says "Daddy! I have tea for you!"
Once again he says thank you and drinks the water.
This happens over and over, and each time the father plays along, drinking the water and going back to his game.
Eventually, the mom gets home and the dad tells her, "The cutest thing happened while you were gone.... our little girl was playing with her tea set and kept bringing me little teacups of water... I drank so many of them! It was so adorable!"
The mom thinks a second and says "Honey, you know she's only 3 years old right? She's too short to reach the sinks in the house. Where is the ONLY place in the house she can get water?"

What water was papa drinking??
