Hoiitsroi is like three words in one. The first part (HOI) is pronounced like you would pronounce Roi, except with an h obviously. Then the next word is it's, then Roi. So in the end it's Hoi it's Roi. I assume when he says 'hoi' he means it like a silly way of saying hi. Anyways, thats how I've always interpreted it (...)
