I bought one of these after I saw it on Nels Cline's blog. It was so awesome, but it broke. I definitely would say it's boutique, though.

Yeah, the Lep Paul XR-1 is an amazing axe - totally unknown to most people. Has the "Dirty Fingers" pickups that sound great. I traded a guy a n early 90's Japanese Strat for it - what a deal. Of course the Riviera Concert amp hels too.
