Baffert didn't seem happy after the race when Lesley Visser interviewed him when his horses didn't run like he had expected he would.

General Challenge would've run out of gas anyway. He was badly behaved a burned a ton of energy before the race started.

I was eight when I watched this race and I choose him to win the race even though he was a 30-1 long shot. I love CHARASMATIC!

Thank you for posting these videos to honor CHARASMATIC. What a great day, blessed victory, and loving account of a historic race.
NOW if only we could be sure that CHARISMATIC makes it back from Japan alive...He is no longer doing well at stud and needs to come home NOW. (Remember Ferdinand).
His son, SUN KING, is scheduled to run in the 2007 Woodward. God Speed them all.
