In the video, she demonstrates how to quick-kill a lobster with a sharp knife, an alternate technique to the boiling she demonstrated in her Lobster Roll video. She then grills the lobster and tosses the lobster meat with a salad that includes grapefruit sections and avocado, and pairs the dish with a delicious French Rose.
