I can't help the quality. That was the best verison of the video I could find at the time. It's been awhile now, I probably should check for another verison of the video.

Well, I can only do so much. I get all my commercials online and sometimes they just don't look good, so I often pick the best looking one. However, this was the only copy of the commerical I could find.
