The first time I heard this song in Oblivion (the first time I noticed it) was in the Shivering Isles expansion. I was in Dementia at the time. In that context, it was almost like...music that went with the people being crazy, but it made me feel sorry for them (feeling sorry for video game characters...how nerdy am I? lol). But, nevertheless, in that context makes me think of the song in an entirely new way. Similar to the type of music you'd find in like..."A Beautiful Mind" or something.
