This guy is Finnish, not Russian, although they are very close.
He is counting yhks kaks kolme, and on the box step yhks kaks kol-me .. using the 2nd syllable of the word 3 to mean 4.
Now I don't speak Finnish well enough to know if everything he is saying is in Finnish but I do understand some words here and there throughout the entire conversation.
