Hi,thanks for your comment. We realize it's a bit fast. We had to make a decision about the pace for both people who will watch it once and people who buy the DVD to use it everyday. The idea is that our subconscious mind takes in the information whether it is fast, slow, or even upside down! And since a lot of our actions are driven by subconsious "programming", just watching the video "feeds" our mind with positive thoughts and beliefs which, over time & w/conscious effort, become our Reality!
