Baten Kaitos (Japanese Opening)

Those who played or seen the previews, anyone can remember the high end English voice quality of this game. However, it seems that the people who handed the voices didn't make it to the final cut.

Ah well, at least Baten Kaitos was an excellent game nonetheless, and its prequel...fantastic! I just hope for another Baten Kaitos game!

I wish they gave you a choice between the english and japanese voice acting, that way eveyone would be happy!

@lovethelawliet That would be an excellent idea. But from what I remember, even the Japanese Voice acting was considered horrendous. Actually, now I think they should consider making a compilation pack for a Remastered Baten Kaitos series, along with a third installment.

@purplehearts424 No one here is worshipping the Japanese voice overs. I'm far from a weeaboo/wapanese, so don't assume something like that. The U.S. version of the voice acting, when compared to countless other English voice over games, is incredibly subpar and inexcusable. It's TOLERABLE at best. Only Arc Rise Fantasia is substantially worse.

the in game voice acting is horrid.

i remember playing it and when they said "wow!"

it sounded SO fake. XD

@purplehearts424 If i'm watching an american movie, I'd rather choose us voices. If i'm playing a japanese game, i'd prefer japanese voices.

That's all, just because they are original choice.

@BigBrotherWii There's really no proof that Japanese people make the voices in the opening. The Gibari sounds like an American. A Japanese person cannot talk in a voice that deep. Just saying. Don't jump down my throat now.
