Mac has a REALLY good screen recorder called ScreenFlow, why don't you get it and make a vid of it :)

It costs money =\ I don't like spending more money on my $1600 Mac :P

EXCEPT of course for upgrades like Snow Leopard.

Snow Leopard will include QuickTime X, which will let you screen record :D

Great video. I wonder if more lighting could reduce the amount of slider adjustments? Maybe you can do one showing different lighting effects?

You need you be out of the camera view when you do the cromma capture.
