This reminds me of my days in the Royal Netherlands Navy. I hurts to see the politicians do this to our Defense± Cutting the budget and selling our price ships for a song...and the guilty fool...the secretary of Defense...I am ashamed he speaks such terribel English! Better hold his tongue than to out our nation to shame! I also am against women on board of the ships. But the politicians had to push this agenda on us... they are so stupid. Our countries - Defenses are destroyed from within!

I was on both ships during the sell. I was on the van galen for over 2 years including the sell and onboard training. to bad we sell all our ships, good luck with these to Portugal.
