    especially the generator/apu/hydraulics sound :D

  • @jamiedavey21 some 737-300s howl as the power is increased. Norwegian Air Shuttles 737-300 with winglets and leather seats (the 1 i flew on) howled quite loudly as the engines spooled to full power

  • all 738s have the same engines...they all use CFM-56s

  • very very nice, lovely sound

  • A bit late reaction, but this was runway 18L, the only one to have a crossing with another runway right after it starts.

  • As far as I know, it's the "Next Generation" or "new generation" whatever suits you best, that have winglets. I flew home from Nice, France with the now bankupt Sterling, and they had an older 800 without winglets

  • Yeah! I realized about that after I wrote here, but thanks anyway!

  • not all of then 737-700's, 800's or 900's have winglets, its up to the airline
