Nokia 5800 XM display problems

Screen blurs completely when I try to unlock, sometimes even receiving calls.
Everything was fine for 2 months (except camera quality), after I upgrade the firmware v11 to v20, the problem started. i tried all the possible solutions like format MMC, uninstall all 3rd party apps, soft reset & even a hard reset. Now i think it will be a hardware problem.. so my next hope is to visit the great nokia care people.

Thanks for the help people. It was a FIRMWARE problem. I upgraded, and now the phone is good as new :D !!!

@eralfia it is not firmware's prob. its hardware's. i too updated the firmware, but no use. After Nokia changed the LCD for free of cost, till date there is no prob with the phone...

it only happens to me when i unplug the charger while charging

no software problem this is hardware problem

I had that problem before. All you need is to replace your LCD. It's costly, but it's worth it.

I'm never ever buying a nokia again!!!As soon as I have money I will by an Iphone!
