This is from Brawl.

The uploader probably mistook it for a "Platinum" mix of the Dialga/Palkia battle theme, but it's not.

If you haven't found out for yourself already, since I'm 3 months late replying to this comment, the Palkia/Dialga battle theme is the same in Platinum as it is in D/P.
