Kirby birthday cake for my littlest guy.

My first attempt with fondant, and a round Kirby cake. This was a request of my little guy and I think we did OK, for our first time. I had to bring in the big guns for this one (Great Grandma and Grandma). It was a great surprise and he loved it..Yes, we did find this cake on you tube and it was well worth the effort. The video was "23 years of me -kirby cake"

Thank you sooo much, he did love it. We couldn't even cut into him or put in candle's that day. Talked him into it a few days later and he like eating it too.

Oh, my gosh! This is so cool! You guys did a great job, and I'm just so humbled to think people would be making cakes based on anything I've done! I'm sure he must have loved it. Your fondant came out looking lovely, too.
